Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented full or part-time Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must love to serve people and be able to multi-task. As a Chiropractic Assistant you will assist the Chiropractor with front desk duties and patient care to ensure the office runs smoothly. Main job responsibilities include providing muscle work and passive therapies on patients, entering medical notes, answering phones, scheduling patients, and cleaning. Experience is a plus, but is not required; the right individual will be trained for the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic

• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information

• Maintain patient confidentiality

• Perform deep tissue massage/trigger point therapy

• Perform passive therapies (ultrasound and electric muscle stimulation)

• Answer phone calls

• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

• Process payments

• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the clinic

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required

• Chiropractic Technician License (preferred but not required)

• Proficient computer skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and organization skills

Office Hours

Monday: 8am-6pm

Tuesday: 8am-1pm (every other week)

Wednesday: 8am-7pm

Thursday: 8am-6pm

Friday: 8am-1:30pm (every other week)

Tuesday/Friday would be alternating every other, so one week you work Tuesday, the next week you work Friday.
